Our group of companies is very serious about the quality of our products. As a result, we have established a stringent Quality Assurance Process. This procedure consists of several individual steps to obtain optimal product quality.

  • Step 1. After receiving raw materials, a visual examination is performed and information is recorded.

  • Step 2. Materials are processed to specifications. Visual examinations and measurements are then performed.

  • Step 3. The final manufacturing processes are then completed. The finished rod is again visually examined and measured according to specifications.

  • Step 4. The completed products are either stored in our inventory locations, or are packaged and shipped to clients.
